As I had mentioned earlier, snow and chilly weather is not that common in Dallas. It usually happens just once or twice in a year. But this year, things are different.
We had long days of chilly weather and there were ice and snow showers on two days again. On both these days, we were asked not to venture out to office and hence I worked from home.
In Southern India, 'cold weather' is merely a conventional phrase and has come into use through the necessity of having some way to distinguish between weather which will melt a brass door-knob and the weather which will only make it cooler, but not cold enough!!!! not surprised by ur obsession to 'icy weather' ever since u landed there :) enjoy
